can't right click

Hy, I can't right click on my computer or anything else in the start menu,
does anyone have any ideas? It used to work, I'm running xp pro.

found it "right clik start menu button \ properties \ customize \
advanced\mark the "enable dragging and dropping". Thanks anyway
