Hy try this method

first download easyBCD and install it.

now format your usb stick
now start easyBCD and go to bootloader setup.
in first menu select your drive and click on "install BCD"
after some time it show pop-up message so click "yes"
now copy your .vhd file in drive.(do not close easyBCD)
and go to "add new entry" in easyBCD.
and in portable/external media select virtual disk.
in path select your .vhd file you copy in usb stick.
and click "add entry"

It works perfectly ,Thanks. Now I know what to do that my Commodore 64K computer is
working. Thanks a bunch
