cant right click and files wont open

It took soooo long to get here.
I can't right click on anything! I was trying to edit pics.
And i couldnt get to dell help and support or anything, in programs put the
cursor over the item and it won't expand, wtf?? I click on other items and
they refuse to open.
I like to play games so i would go to say shockwave.com and find a game
click play and the window opens up but nothing happens, the screen stays
white??
and i got an error and expanded the memory that the internet files can
hold. but just that, cant be causing all this trouble. any suggestions?

Clear the IE cache. (Internet Explorer browser, tools menu, Options, Delete
Files button, include offline content.)
