cant restore

All the images including web pages and background are distorted, ive tried
system restore and restore to last known good config as well as booting in
safe mode but nothing works. In the display settings the only setting offered
for display is 4bit but before it was either 16 or 32. I tried making a boot
disk to take it back to new but that didnt work, i downloaded the disks from
MS but that came up \biosinfo.inf error code 4096 so that did not work and i
cant find the xp restore disk that came with the pc. Can anyone help please???

What would help even more would be visiting the manufacturer's site. Why on
earth would he want to go to Drivers.com which is just an archive for
archaic hardware?
