Can't Resolve Names

How's come Outlook can't resolve the name I type. In other words, I should
be able to put my sister's full name or first name in the "To...". Outlook
should be able to find the email automatically. This is not working. It
will remember names that I use but won't search my contacts to give me
options (if multiple names exits).

Thanks

Explain how you are invoking autoresolution.
Verify that the Outlook Address Book Service is installed and configured
correctly in this profile.

I have many entries in my contacts.
When I create a new email, in the "To" field, I should be able to put the
name "Mark". For example, if I have two entries in Outlook that both start
with Mark, a dialog box should come up and ask me which Mark to use. This
does not happen. Instead, the word Mark has squiggly lines underneath it as
if it can't resolve my intent.

Once an email has been sent, it seems to remember that email, therefore the
autofill is working.

You did not answer my question. You are failing to make a distinction
between autoresolution and autocompletion in your reply, and you must tell
us which you are using ("autofill" has no meaning to us). If you see a
squiggly line under a name, then autoresolution is most certainly working.
Perhaps you need to read up on how these things work:

The website you referred me too was beneficial, thanks.

So, Autoresolution is the feature I like. Outlook 2002 & higher still uses
Autoresolution but Autocompletion takes precedence. I'm using Outlook 2003.
It seems to me that my Autoresolution is not working properly.

The website says I can press "Escape" but all that does is close the email
(cancels the action). Autoresolution seems to work when I press "Send". It
gives me options from my contacts. Once I select the correct option, it
seems to save it to the NK2 file (which your website says it does not do).
This is good that it is saved to the NK2 file.

Is there another way to invoke Autoresolution, other than pressing "Send"?
Is there a way to delete some things or delete completely the NK2 file so I
can start over?

You can invoke autoresolution at any time using the "Check Names" button in
the Toolbar or hitting Ctrl-K while still in the address field .
"Escape" when used correctly does not close the email. It allows you to exit
the address field without accepting the highlighted name. If you Tab out,
you will select whatever name is highlighted by autocompletion.
If you prefer to use autoresolution, just turn off autocompletion.

In addition, behavior of the NK2 file with storing autoresolution choices
has been inconsistent and flaky. It is supposed to store them but failed to
do so more often than not in our early testing. It seems to get deeply
confused by trying to handle both autocompletion and autoresolution entries.
It may work better if you decide to use it only for autoresolution.
If you can provide specific examples and detailed steps to repro of what you
think is not working as it should, I can probably track them down.

Okay, Ctrl K does the trick.
