Can't reply to mails

I can send e-mails if I type in the address, or use the address stored in my
address book, but if I use the reply or forward button I get the following
message:

The message could not be sent. The authentication setting might not be
correct for your outgoing e-mail [SMTP] server. For help solving this
problem, go to Help, search for "Troubleshoot Windows Mail", and read the
"I'm having problems sending e-mail" section. If you need help determining
the proper server settings, please contact your e-mail service provider.

The rejected e-mail address was (e-mail address removed). Subject 'Re: Up and
running', Account: 'pop3.netcomuk.co.uk', Server: 'smtp.netcomuk.co.uk',
Protocol: SMTP, Server Response: '550 relaying to (e-mail address removed).
prohibited by administrator', Port: 25, Secure(SSL): No, Server Error: 550,
Error Number: 0x800CCC79

Does your connection to that server cross from one internet provider's
equipment to another's on the way there? If so, such connections to
port 25 are often blocked to cause trouble for spammers.

You might check your settings against these instructions. They were
written for Outlook Express, but should also work under Windows
Mail.

The most likely reason for this error is that you were connected to
the Internet through a connection other than the network to which
that SMTP server belongs.
