can't remove "unknown" program.....

I discovered a little "program" in one of my picture
folders. It is titled "ca1". I attempted to remove it
and I recieved a access denied warning. It has been
there from the info I could find for over a month.......

I placed it upon my desktop to remind me to get rid of
it! How the hell do I remove something like this?

I scanned it with norton and it came up with nothing(like
that helps)....I simply wish to delete it.

Any thoughts please email or message me on yahoo

Restart in safe mode then try deleting.
