MY PROBLEM IS, WHEN I TRY TO GO TO ADD\REMOVE PROGRAMS IN THE CONTROL PANEL,
IT TELLS ME THAT ACCESS IS DENIED, AND I NEED TO TRY ACCESSING WITH AN
ADMINISTRATOR ACCOUNT, BUT I AM LOGGED ON WITH MY ADMIN. ACCOUNT. CAN SOMEONE
HELP ME? THANK YOU

Double check that you are logged on as a local administrator. Run the
command net localgroup administrators to see membership of the
administrators group. If you are an administrator your computer may have
been infected by malware or spyware that wants to prevent you from accessing
Add and Remove Programs, etc. So be sure to scan your computer for malware
and spyware in Safe Mode with programs that are current with definition
files as of today to see if anything is found that can be removed and
possibly restore your computer to normal functionality. If you are using XP
Pro you can use the secedit command as described in the link below to
restore security settings to default defined levels which may help. ---
