Can't remove something from the add/remove list

I have a system alert on my computer from spyware that was downloaded. I got rid of the spyware but I cant get rid of the system alert. It is on the add/remove list but when I click on it to remove it nothing happens.

You may have to reload the spyware and then delete from 'add/remove' again.
