add remove programs isnt working/ cant get rid of trustyhound

Hi!
When i was downloading something online, i got a back program called
"Trustyhound" and i cant get rid of it. i have been trying everything. the
symantec website says to use add remove programs and that it is a spyware
program, but when i try to use add remove, i click on it and then add remove
just flashes and nothing happens.
i cant get rid of it
if i click "Change/remove" the window flahses and thats it.
please help me i have tried everything and i cant get rid of this program!

Give MS AntiSpyware a go, usually quite good at getting rid of anoying stuff.

Try Spyware Search and Destroy, CClearn, or delete it in Safe Mode.
