Add/Remove Programs

I cant get into add/remove programs, when I click on the icon, nothing
happens. Please help!
 
How long did you let your computer compile the list of programs? Depending
 
I'm having the same problem but your fix do not work for me. Instead I got
the following error message "LoadLibrary(“appwiz.cplâ€)failed – The specific
module could not be found". Any suggestions? Thanks.
