can't remove a system alert from my computer

I have a system alert that came with spyware. I removed the spyware but I can't remove the system alert. Its on the add/remove list but when I click remove nothing happens. Please help me!!

Please give us more details, especially the name of the spyware and the
"system alert." Also, how did you remove the spyware?
