cant remove program called rough riders

can any1 help me, i recently clicked yes instead of no
when a XXX site popup came onscreen, i now have a program
called rogh riders instant access next to my clock, there
is no uninstall, all i can do is hide it ive tried
removing it through add/remove programs, it disappears
from the list but is still there running in the
background, ive also tried deleting the folder, but the
same thing applies,, i dont know how to find it in the
registry to remove it that way,,, im afraid my childen
might select it and see wot they shouldnt,,,
plzzzz if any1 can help id be very grateful
