Can't Reload Software

I am having problems after using XP's add and remove
software function, I can't reload "Age of Mythology". Is
there a difference in the way XP removes a program that
prohibits reinstallation? How can I get the software
reloaded other than formatting my hard drive and starting
from scratch?

What error msg is given when you try to reinstall this app?
