Can't refresh certain websites

I've been having trouble getting a couple of websites I
visit to refresh. Every time I visit, it shows me an old
page from a month or so ago and no matter how many times
I hit refresh, it won't update the page. It is only at
these two sites and doesn't happen at other sites I
visit. Any ideas on how to fix it? TIA.

Tab,
You may need to clear your TIF as you may have a corrupt file there.

Close all instances of OE and IE
Control Panel | Internet Options | General tab
Click the "Delete Files" button, when prompted place a check in:
"Delete all offline content", click OK
Click the "Clear History" button, click OK.
Click the Settings button, adjust the TIF size to 50 mb, click OK
