Can't recieve Email

Thanks but that also didn't work (5 minute or 300 seconds). I erased
everything in the Windows Mail folder, ran Norton's uninstall utility,
restarted, then setup a new mail account - can send mail, timeout on
receive.

Did the above twice. Sorry but this is from Thunderbird, works great.
