Can't receuive or send email

I can't send email.....I get an error stating can't use POP3. How do I
change that?
I'm trying to use Windows mail.

Who is your email provider? (what comes after the @ in your email address)
What was the exact error message?

Give us that information and we can start to guess at what your did wrong.
