Can't receive messages from one contact -

I am not able to receive messages from one particular contact. The address is
on my safe sender/recipient list and the domain (@hotmail) is also.

It should be in the Safe Recipients list only if it is the address of an
Internet mailing list.

Usually if you cannot receive mail from a particular address the error is on
the sending side.
