cant receive mail can any one help

with vista and trying to set it up to how the tech on the phone but still no
joy new at this so i need step by step instructions sorry
 
how will i know wether it is 32 or 64 please thank u shawn i am grateful for
u taking the time to help me
 
If you don't know, I'm sure you have 32-bit. Relatively
few opted for the 64-bit version.
