cant receive jpg embedded into message

I have outlook 2007. I am forwarding an aol email to my outlook. When a
person sends a message with embedded jpg the jpg will show as attachments but
not in the message body. The dont download pictures is not set. It seems
only messages from Cox to my aol is affected.

I wish mine would show up as attachements and not embedded since we can't
"save as" them anymore. If you figure it out, let me know how to make mine do
what yours is doing.
