cant receive emails

When I send and receive, i keep getting the following message.

Account: 'mail.worldwidewilsons.co.uk', Server: 'mail.worldwidewilsons.co.uk', Protocol: POP3, Server Response: '-ERR Invalid command', Port: 110, Secure(SSL): No, Server Error: 0x800CCC90, Error Number: 0x800CCC18

My emails seem to be sending okay but not receiving.

Can you please help.

shouldn't that server name be mail.worldwidewilsons.coM ??

No, not if the top-level domain is .UK. The server name is perfectly valid
for someone residing in the United Kingdom.

By any chance, do you have "Log on using Secure Password Authentication" checked?
Try unchecking that option.
