cant receive email

my outlook won't recieve new emails. i can send though. I have made no
changes. An auto update a week ago though. i can access my email through the
web but not through outlook. Should I just restore my computer from the last
update or is there another way? I have deleted my email account and created
it again. That didnt work.

try using in incredimail www.incredimail.com this is a fun and good
email client with load of nice templates install it and it will config
its self for any emails provider and you add many more acounts hope
this will help

I suspect you have a setting incorrect, I suggest you contact your ISP for
help as they will be able to tell you exactly how to configure your e-mail
program

I use Incredimail myself but this is NOT the OP's problem! I agree with Dick
Cardy's advice.

You need to uninstall the update but I can't now get rid of the dowloaded
file and it keeps wanting to reinstall it on exit or at other automatic
update times. Can anyone help on where the downloaded file is? I've tried
searching the hidden and system files to no avail but as I don't even know
the file name (the number is not found) I guess I've got a problem. Please
help
