Can't receive email @ wireless laptop

B

Beth

I have a wireless laptop and have verizon as ISP. When I got my laptop I
contacted verizon and they set up my laptop and since neither my home PC nor
my laptop email have worked right since. I don't want to deal with verizon;
can I fix the problem myself?

Probably, but we're going to need a whole lot more detail. "Have not worked
right since" is not helpful.

Hard to say without more details. Do you get an error message when
you try to send or receive? If so, right-click on the error message, copy,
then paste it into a reply here.
We can't do much troubleshooting without that complete error message.

You are correct if the OP is using Verizon's AirCard, which provides Internet
over Verizon's cellular network. It isn't clear to me from the OP's problem
statement that she is in fact using that method to connect to the Internet.
