Can't receive email - too large

I seem to have one large email that is "stuck" and
blocking further emails from downloading. I have received
a notification that there was a virus detected and
cleaned, and I have scanned my computer and there are no
other viruses. I am able to send emails, but can see more
and more emails stacking up when I attempt to download and
receive, but continue to get a timeout error. I have
maximized the timeout to 5 minutes, but still cannot get
the emails to download. Help! Thanks.

rather than reading thru Outlook can you go direcly into
your web mail and read it from there?
