Can't read mail.

When I open my outlook express mailbox and open a message I recieve a blank message. Even the ones that I have prevesly viewed. I know that there there I just can;t read them. I do However read see them when I click under properties and look under the source, there I am able to read them. it just happen, it was find yesterday.
 
Try this..
Go to: Start..Run..Type: regsvr32 inetcomm.dll - Press: OK. Note
the space after 32
