Can't Publish

I have created 2 web pages, 1 called index. When I try to publish, the
publish on the file menu is greyed out. Any ideas? I am using 2003.

I closed FrontPage then restarted and now I can publish. Thanks
 
you need to create a new "Web" from the file menu, not just start a new document
like you would in MS Word
make sure you open the "Web" before you publish.
