Can't Publish

I have been trying to publish my site to no avail. All I keep getting is The folder /html does not exist on remote site. Do you wish to create one ?? It is not saving my setting in the remote site setting either. I cannnot get anywhere.
What am I doing wrong here ??/

Are you trying to publish to a folder called "html" ?
Is this a new web, or have you published to it before?

I have tried to do a repair & have tried the link that you gave me. All that I keep getting is 403 you are forbidden to acess this web server.
All that my hosting company does is keep sending me pictures on how to do it.
I am at a loss here.

http://www.ehosting.ca/
I am trying to put up my whole site. Still tring to figure out what a 403 error is.

According to their instructions:
Open FrontPage and open your local web.
Click File > Publish web.
Enter http://yourdomainname.com and click OK
Enter your hosting username and password and click Ok.

However, has it been 48 hours since you registered your domain name??
If not, the domain name server system will not recognize it when you enter it as the "publish to"
address.
