Can't print in Terminal Server

I have Windows 2000 SP4 Print server in a W2K Domain. My client is a
W2K Pro SP4 in the same domain on the sam subnet (If that Matters).

I am using the latest Remote Desk top Connection program available.
All my Printers are on a print server. When connecting to the
Terminal Server "Application Mode" no printers are displayed.

I searched and found many articles on printer redirection and tryed
them.

However if I connect to one of my other servers that has terminal
services in admin mode the printers appear on the TS. I installed a
license server but have not activated it yet. What am I missing.
