can't print in IE

Uninstalled some downloads and now printer won't print in
IE. I also cannot copy from IE to paste into another
program. Any suggestions.
 
This may sound like a cop-out, but whenever I cannot
copy/paste between applications, a reboot seems to help.
It's an easy fix if it works and doesn't harm or change
anything if it doesn't. You might as well do it if you
are waiting around for a real answer, in the meantime.
