Have an HP Laserjet 2200 connected to the DOT 4_001 port
with an XP Pro OS and can't print any of my DOS
programs. Could at one time, but can't now. Can print
all Windows programs. Any help?

A DOS app. can't print directly to the DOT4 port.

Maybe your printer has the "HP LaserJet director" sw in bundle, which
captures the LPT1 output to be sent to your LaserJet.
Maybe you had to disable this sw to allow other drivers to print to LPT1.

Reenabling it should be sufficient to have your DOS jobs printed again. If
you cannot, for whatever reason, you could try Printfil.
