can't play you tube videos

Get a message saying java is turned off download flash player went to tools
turned on active script still nothing downloaded newest flash player still
nothing any ideas?

restricted sites, click the sites button and make sure youtube is not in
the list. if it is remove it. then try youtube again
 
i cant play you tube videos, the site telling me that either the java is

download and run the uninstaller for flash from adobe, then install the flash again.
