Can't open windows mail

Had windows mail working fine, now it loads to the point of the menus showing
at top, but the list of emails in the in box never arrives, while the
"circle" just spins.

Which antivirus are you using?
Windows Mail often behaves erratically when interfered with by
some antivirus programs. Windows Mail is not compatible with
most McAfee and Norton security programs. Those will need to
be uninstalled, not just disabled.

After uninstalling your non-compatible antivirus, download
and install a more compatible antivirus like the free Avast:

Even compatible antivirus programs will need to have their
