Can't open web with FP2003 but can with FP2002

I have got a new laptop (XP SP1) and installed FP2003 but can't open my
webs on the web server.

I have tried the normal open web dialogue and going to the web page and
doing edit with FrontPage.

I can open the disk version of the webs on our local server but cannot
publish because FP can't connect to the web server. I enter my username and
password but it just hangs saying "connecting to server".

Can anyone help.

Do you have any kind of firewall running on the laptop?

Hi Kathleen

Yes I do. I have the standard firewall client that comes with Small
Business Server 2003.

However, the old laptop that I used before this one, that had FP2002 on it
also used exactly the same firewall software and connected through the same
ISA server.
