Can't open Presentation

I use PowerPoint 2003 and received a presentation via E-Mail. I cannot open
the attachement and get the following error message:

PowerPoint can't open C:\Document & Settings\Nicole\Local Settings\Temporary
Internet Files\OLK9\...ppt because part of the file is missing.

What can I do to view the file and what has happened?!

Try John's suggestion first. But if that doesn't help, the problem may be that
the file was corrupted in transmission. Have the sender re-send you the file;
ideally have them zip it first.
