When I try to open an e-mailed presentation I get an error mess. "PowerPoint
can't read C:/Documents and Settings/Deanne/Local Settings/Temporary Internet
Files/content.IE5/8NS3QB7/State of the Store[1].ppt. What does this mean and
how can I fix this so I can open file?

Try copying the file to your hard drive, rather than trying to read it
directly from the email. Also, if you are using PowerPoint 2003, open
PowerPoint, go to the Help menu and choose Check for Updates. Then, follow
the directions to install Service Pack 1. Let us know whether or not this
works for you.
