PowerPoint viewing upon opening presentation

I've created a PowerPoint presentation. What do I do in order for it to run
the show when the presentation is opened, such as when I send it in an e-mail?

Save it as a PowerPoint show and if the recipient has either the full
version of PowerPoint or the PowerPoint viewer on their system it will open
as a slideshow.
