Can't open Outlook 2002

I've used Outlook daily for the past 2 year and today I can't get in. I've
reinstalled without succes.

I've experienced two different error messages:
Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime Library Error (for Outlook.exe)

Another errors says Outlook.pst is not a personal folder file.

Any suggestions?
