Can't open one web site

I have had a strange problem. There is one web site that
my browser isn't able to find. The site opens on all
other machines on my network and I can open other sites on
the same server, but for some reason one website comes
back as unfound on my machine? This is a site that I
manage so it is more than a minor annoyance. None of my IS
people have any idea about the source of the problem.
They are not blocking this site and as I noted, there is
no problem getting from anywhere else in the institution.
I tried load Netscape and had the same problem with a
diffrent browser.
Any suggestions would be appreciated! The offending is
www.chesterfieldoutdoors.com

Check for a file named HOSTS with no extension (not Hosts.sam). It may be a
hidden file. Open it with Notepad and remove any line referencing the site.
Or, rename HOSTS to OLDHOSTS
