can't open movie(mpeg)

i already installed new windows. & windows media player 10.
there fore i can't open movie (mpeg)
What happen?
So. I try other user account , if i can open movie (mpeg)
wat happen?
So. i change first account and i open movie. but i can't open it. what ?
error message is
"The device, \Device\cdROM0, has a bad block"
How i can solve this ?

You can try updating the drive's firmware, but it's highly
probable that the Disk is bad.
