Yo

When I try to open Internet explorer, I get this "the
instruction at 0x7830e131 reference memory at 0x000a09d3.
The memory can not be read." message. I've tried adware
and antivirus programs, but still no go. Please help

Hi,
From Control Panel> Internet Options> Advanced> uncheck "Enable third party
browser extensions."

If this allows IE to open, another program is causing the problem.

Work through the solutions (CWShredder, Ad-aware, Spybot) at
http://mvps.org/winhelp2002/unwanted.htm Also note the security tips on that
page.

If not caused by malware, consider disabling (for diagnostic purposes)
legitimate programs running in the background which might be interacting
with IE- security, antivirus, ad-blockers, toolbars & other add-ons, etc.
You may have to uninstall then reinstall, or not reinstall, a program

Hope this helps,
Don
