Error - memory at "0x00f61ea8"

Every time I close an IE 6 browser, I get this message: "The instruction at "0x00f61ea8" referenced memory at "0x00f61ea8". The memory could not be "read".". Then all of my browser windows shut down. I can't find 0x00f61ea8 in google, microsoft.com, etc. I can't use IE 7 because of other web-based programs I use that aren't compatible. I've disabled all add-ons, but it still happens. Help?
