Odd "Instruction" dialog when I shut down IE 6

Sometimes...not always... when I shut down IE, this dialog pops up:

Instruction at "0x62304390" referenced memory at "0x62304390". The memory
could not be "read". Click on OK to terminate the program.

Note that the quotes used are actually part of the dialog, I didn't add
them. Any idea what it all means? IE seems to work normally, 'tho I had
previously had some hijack trouble... yet my ATT/Yahoo browser crashes after
the computer is turned off and restarted; have to delete it and get new
download. Also have Firefox which behaves itself. Any ideas?

Hi Furry,

Are you using the Yahoo toolbar with tabbed browsing? Check your Tasks
Manager for any additional instances of IExplore.exe that are left running
after you have closed the last IE window. The Yahoo and Live Toolbars with
tabbed browsing sometimes don't close their tabs properly and leave
invisible 'tabs' (instances of IExplore.exe) running.
Unfortunately there is no fix for this, though you can stop the orphaned
instances of IE in the Tasks Manager before you close the last instance of
an IE window to avoid the error message. Failing that and if you like tabbed
browsing, IE7 (the latest version) does not have this problem.

I think it occurs because the toolbar tries to keep a count of the tabs that
are opened. I think you can avoid the error by closing all of your tabs at
once by closing the whole IE Window.

Regards.

Thanks Rob ^_^ !!
I think this answers my Q... actually I think I'll disable the Yahoo toolbar
in IE, it is really unused anyway. That SHOULD do it.... BTW, I've also
discovered the problem (as mentioned in my post) with the ATT/Yahoo software
similarly has to do with not 'signing out" before shutting my computer off
for the night. Which explains why this stuff doesn't happen in firefox, which
signs me out whenever I shut the browser. Ah well, they all have good and bad
points. IE-7 won't run on my old boat-anchor. :)
