Can't open attachments in Outlook 2003

Since installing some MS updates via Automatic updates last evening, I can;t
open any attachments.

The error messgae reads...Can't create file: image002.jpg. Right click the
folder you want to create the file in, and then click properties on the
shortcut menu to check your permissions for the folder.

I have searched on this forum, but after clicking to read the initial post,
when I try to click and read the subsequent posts, nothing happens and I see
a small message in the lower left corner that reads "error on page".

Any thoughts?

Your Outlook Secure Temp folder is full. See this:

Use Google Groups (http://groups.google.com/) for more effective searching.
Specify a search string of

group:microsoft.public.outlook.* yoursearchstring

(where "yoursearchstring" is the string you wish to find). You can also use a
real newsreader for a better experience with these newsgroups.
