Can't open an attachment

I'm unable to open all attachments in my email directly in the email program.
I can save them to documents and view them there. This has happened
suddenly. I could view them directly in email yesterday. Any ideas?

Hi MarianH,

All attachments or just .doc's? For the latter, see:

If it's the former, click tools/options and check the security tab settings,
undo the line that disallows attachments to be saved or opened.
