Can't Map Drives

Nothing happens after clicking "Map Network Drive" the window closes and a new window doesn't open.

What window closes when you click 'Map Network Drive?' Do you mean explorer
closes? Where are you selecting 'Map Network Drive' from? Do you have SP1
installed as well as all Critical Updates?
