Can't lunch application

When a user logs into our domain some applicatons
previusly installed on the desktop won't lunch, whe the
user logs back into the pc using the local credentials,
the applications lunches with no problem.
There are no error messages in the event viewer
indicating what's the problem. When we double click on
the application we see the hour glass for a brief moment
but the application never opens.
Any ideas what's going on, and how to fix this without
reinstalling the app?

Try this (if you are using a 2000 or 2003 domain):

1, login as local administrator
2, right click my computer -> click manage
3, expand local users and groups, click group
4, open administrators
5, add domainname\domain users (where domain name is the
name of your domain. type 'domain users' exactly, as it is a built in
group in the domain)
6, login as the normal user (that is part of the domain)
7, test it to see if it works
