can't login

I am using windows 2000 professional.After booting process
completed,there is blue empty screen only displayed.When I
am press Ctrl+Alt+Del,the message will show the message to
Unlock your computer press Ctrl+Alt+Del.This is faced me.
But I didn't Lock the computer.What is the solution.

Is it possible you are not actually starting up, but rather coming out of
standby or hibernation?
When booting up from standby or hibernation, your system will appear locked.

Check: Control Panel / Power Options / Advanced tab
