Customize windows log on screen

Does anybody know how to customize the windows log on screen. When a user
log's on, they have to press ctrl+alt+del. I would like to customize that
window and add our company logo instead of the Microsoft logo.

Also, after they press ctrl+alt+del, I would like to customize that screen
also.

Is this possible?

Hi, I don't think it can be done, it is owned by Microsoft your company
just purchased the software through license to use the software, the
logo is proprietary of microsoft they owns the rights to it
