Can't lock MSN as Home Page

A new page, Here4search.com, is coming up as the default
IE6 home page. I have tried numerous times to change the
default home page in the tools section back to MSN. After
shutdown and starting up again this page which I do not
want has again estabilished itself as the home page. How
can I get rid of this?
