Yes, I do.
But not any answer till now.
I need immediately solution because now my notebook now is useless.

Maybe the best solution is to remove VISTA and rely on more reliable OS.

Hi,

Sorry, but I can't make the response for hotfix requests go any faster. This
is peer support, and there are no official channels to access files any
faster.

Before you remove Vista and install something else, you want to check with
the manufacturer to make sure drivers are available for the alternative
operating system, and that doing so will not void any warranty you might
have. And, speaking of which, if you do still have a warranty have you tried
contacting warranty support about the issue?

I have found the Microsoft Hotfix support team
to be rather fast when replying back.... usually,
within a few hours at most. Although, it is the
weekend, and I'm sure when your computer isn't
working, any amount of time can seem like an
eternity.

There is another option;
http://thehotfixshare.net/board/index.php?act=home

I have looked at several of the hotfixes posted there, and those
were legitimate. Others in this newsgroup have reported using
this site, too. However, use with caution.

Assuming you are using Vista x86 (32bit), the hotfix is at the link below;
http://thehotfixshare.net/board/index.php?automodule=downloads&showfile=3451

The site does require you to register in order to download
a file. You can look/search without registering.
